The Roam — Portable Urination Device

The Portable Urination Device for Gender-Affirming Freedom

A portable urination device (PUD) is a practical wellness tool that allows those without a penis to urinate while standing — an ability that matters enormously to many trans and non-binary individuals for gender affirmation and dysphoria reduction, to outdoor enthusiasts who need to manage toilet access in remote settings, to anyone who finds seated public restrooms difficult or uncomfortable to use safely, and to those with limited mobility for whom sitting and rising is physically challenging.

The Roam is Baad Bunny’s portable urination device — a compact, discreet, body-safe silicone funnel designed for comfortable, leak-free use in any setting. It is a practical tool that we are proud to include in The Bloom Collection because access to comfortable, private, safe bodily functions is a fundamental part of personal wellbeing.

Who The Roam Is For

The Roam serves several distinct user groups. For transgender and non-binary individuals, a portable urination device provides practical gender affirmation — the ability to use standing facilities without the anxiety of accessible private stalls. For outdoor athletes, hikers, campers, and festival-goers, it provides the practical freedom to manage toilet needs without requiring a seated surface or private facility. For travellers in regions with squat-only toilets, it provides a simple, dignified alternative. And for those with conditions that make sitting and rising from low surfaces difficult or painful, it provides a practical daily aid.

All of these are equally valid needs, and The Roam addresses them with a discreet, body-safe, and genuinely effective design.

Design and Features

• Ergonomic funnel shape: Designed to form a comfortable, effective seal against the body for leak-free use
• Compact profile: Small enough to carry in a pocket, bag, or wallet without discomfort
• Soft, body-safe silicone: Comfortable against skin even with extended daily use
• Easy to clean: Rinse and go — suitable for travel and outdoor conditions
• Gender-neutral design: Discreet, unbranded exterior — no signalling of purpose
• Durable silicone construction: Maintains its shape through repeated use
• Body-safe platinum silicone: Non-porous, phthalate-free, hypoallergenic
• Storage pouch: Compact, discreet storage for pocket or bag

How to Use The Roam

Position The Roam firmly against the body with the funnel rim forming a seal. The curved ergonomic shape is designed to accommodate different body shapes while maintaining a reliable seal. Direct the exit spout into a toilet, urinal, or away from the body outdoors. Practice at home over a toilet initially to develop confidence with positioning and seal before using in public settings. Rinse immediately after use with clean water. At home, wash with mild soap and rinse thoroughly.

Care and Hygiene

The Roam’s platinum silicone is non-porous, making it significantly more hygienic than the PVC or rubber devices that make up much of the portable urination device market. A non-porous surface does not harbour bacteria between uses — a critical consideration for a device with intimate body contact. Clean with warm water and mild soap after every use. For travel, a small bottle of mild soap stored alongside The Roam in its pouch allows for hygiene maintenance wherever you are.

The Roam is dishwasher safe on the top rack, and can be sterilised with boiling water if required after travel in lower-hygiene environments.

It is included in The Bloom Collection because the freedom to manage one’s own body comfortably and privately is a core component of personal wellbeing, regardless of how conventional or unconventional that need might be considered.
