These Terms of Service set out the ground rules for using https://www.baadbunny.com/ (the “Site”) and buying from us. They’re put together by Delkanda Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd (Company Registration No. PV00244627), trading as Baad Bunny. Wherever you see “we,” “us,” or “our,” that’s who we mean. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you’re agreeing to these Terms, so it’s worth a read.
Who can use this site
You need to be at least 18 years old to browse this Site or buy anything from it. By using the Site, you’re confirming that you meet this requirement. We’ve explained why, and how we handle this in practice, in our Age Restriction / 18+ Policy.
About our products
We sell adult intimacy and wellness products. The photos and descriptions on our Site are there to give you an honest sense of what you’re buying, but they’re for illustration. We deliberately don’t use nude or sexually explicit imagery anywhere on the Site. Because of this, and because of natural variation in manufacturing, actual colours, sizes, and packaging may differ slightly from what’s shown online.
Orders & payment
- Every order is subject to our acceptance and to the product actually being in stock.
- Prices are listed in LKR and reflect any applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
- Payment is processed securely through WEBXPAY. We never see or store your full card details ourselves. If you have a question about a charge, a receipt, or a payment that didn’t go through as expected, email us at billing@baadbunny.com.
- We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order at our discretion, for example if we suspect fraud, if there’s been a pricing error, or if an item turns out to be out of stock. If we cancel your order before it’s delivered, we’ll reverse your payment in full. That’s separate from, and unaffected by, the returns policy, which only applies once you’ve actually received your order.
Delivery
We offer two ways to receive your order: on-demand delivery, booked in a time slot on the day you order, and scheduled delivery, booked for a future date of your choosing. Both are explained fully in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery windows are estimates based on live courier availability, not guarantees, though we’ll always do our best to hit them.
Returns, exchanges & cancellations
If something’s genuinely wrong with your order, we’ll make it right with a replacement, an exchange, or store credit for the full value, depending on what makes sense. If you’ve simply changed your mind after an item has been opened, we’re not able to accept a return, for hygiene reasons that are standard across the intimacy and wellness industry, and nothing that’s returned to us is ever resold. Discretion
Everything about how we run this business is built around discretion. Your package, your payment statement, and any delivery reference will never reveal what you ordered.
Your account
If you create an account with us, it’s on you to keep your login details to yourself and to let us know if you think someone else has access to it. You’re responsible for any activity that happens under your account.
Our content & branding
Everything on this Site, including the Baad Bunny name and logo, our product photography, and our written copy, belongs to Delkanda Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd. Please don’t copy or reuse it without asking us first.
Things you can’t do here
This one’s simple: don’t use the Site for anything unlawful, don’t use it to harass or target anyone else, and don’t try to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we’re not responsible for indirect or knock-on losses that might arise from using our products or our Site. Nothing here limits any liability that Sri Lankan law doesn’t allow us to limit. This section isn’t meant to override your legal rights, just to set reasonable expectations.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes arising from them fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sri Lankan courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally as our business or the law evolves. If you keep using the Site after a change, that means you’ve accepted the update.
